This document provides a checklist of all of the tasks that must be completed before opening the car wash each morning. It is the responsibility of the opening shift leader to ensure all tasks are completed and that the car wash opens in an efficient and timely matter.

Vehicle Damage Claim
This form must be completed if a customer claims they received damage to their vehicle at our car wash. All fields must be completed by the employee submitting the claim. Even if you know the customer’s vehicle had pre-existing damage, DO NOT engage in a verbal altercation with the customer. Let the customer know that their damage claim has been documented and they will be contacted by a manager once the claim has been reviewed.
Every Monday the employee schedule will be updated to reflect the schedule for the following week. Please use the ‘When I Work’ mobile app to view your schedule, request time off, trade shifts, and to update availability. Every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule. The employee handbook covers company policies and outlines the expectations of every employee. Each employee must read, sign and acknowledge the employee handbook. An employee may be terminated for any violations outlined within the handbook. Any updates to the handbook will be noted here.
